| Everyone was super friendly and the Valet service was great! They had the car ready for us upon our checkout! Location of the hotel is amazing, within walking distance to almost all of the good bars downtown! |

| The hotel is excellent.
We parked our own car in the lot across from the hotel. We observed the valets driving too fast in the lot. They also parked a van so close to our car on the passenger side that we could not use that door. Our concern was given to parking management, and is the reason we would not prefer to stay there again. |

| This downtown Winston Salem Mariott was a great hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. The room was very nice but the linens were a little rough for me. I would recommend this for business, girls night out, and families. |

| I would definitely return to this hotel when in the Winston-Salem area. The room was very comfortable. The king bed and bedding was great! The staff was very helpful and accomodating!! Great stay!!! |

| Wonderful staff, and very accommodating. We were there for Wake Forest Graduation along with everyone else. The staff handled the crowd with no problem. They even had donuts and coffee waiting in the lobby as the we left early in the morning. |

| I thought this was a lovely hotel, spacious and nicely appointed in a great location for Winston-Salem. I also thought the service was excellent really in every respect but one. I asked for a late checkout and was told I could have until Noon. I really was only looking for 1:00PM and asked if it couldn't be arranged to check out at one o'clock. The woman repeated the exact same sentence before as if I was talking to a machine which really caught me off guard. So I hustled to get out and go sit at a coffee shop. The hotel was clearly not full and I think it would have been easy to accomodate an extra hour. I would still recommend this hotel but that was the only piece that wasn't very pleasant about it and unfortunately left me feeling lackluster about the experience. |

| Ok, first off I want to say that the hotel was very clean. Parking was a bit unusual since the parking structure was across the street from the hotel; but the hotel provided a covered bridgeway to get back to the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was very fresh and tasty. My husband and I enjoyed a fresh omelette and our daughter had pancakes. Our only problem with our stay came from other guests in the hotel that felt a need to run up and down the hallway banging on doors and laughing loudly. Of course this was New Years Eve and many of these guests appeared to be drunk. They front desk handled the individuals in a quick and professional manner. |

| The hotel staff was friendly and courteous! Room was clean, comfortable and they have a great restaurant/bar! I'd recommend this hotel to any of my friends/colleagues traveling to the W-S area! |
