| other than finding a german cockroach on the wall when we got there there really wasn't any problems would stay here again. |

| This Hotel far exceeded any expectations I might have had - beautiful condo, fully equiped. The staff was exceptioal. Kind, courteous, friendly and professional. Wonderful does not begin to describe how I feel and would only stay here when in Winston Salem. |

| The room was very large and very comfortable but I think there were either fleas or bed bugs in the downstairs bedroom because my daughter and I who slept downstairs had very itchy bumps on our legs and torso area.
In regards to the staff of the hotel. They were extremely nice and very helpful. The location was close to the area we were visiting and it was easy to enter and leave the grounds.
The hotel would of been perfect if not for the bites we got from sleeping on the bed. |

| My daughter and I spent 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite at this Marriott located near the campus of Wake Forest University. We found the suite to be large, clean and comfortable. We did experience a problem though. The suite we where given (122) is located across form the back of the lobby/main building. This put us right over the property's garbage dumpster. Needless to say with temperatures near 90 degrees both days the garbage become quite smelly. This smell permeated our rooms. While we should have requested a move to another room it was pretty late in the evening of arrival and we where too tired to make a fuss. The second night we again where too tired to make a move. I did mention the issue upon checkout and did receive a sincere apology from the desk staff.
On the positive side of our stay, the free breakfast was prepared and served by a wonderful woman named Betty. Even with the smell of the garbage on our minds and in our noses, Betty's true southern hospitality made our brief stay at this property memorable and enjoyable. |

| The hotel had the best service and friendliess people working there. The location was very convient to everything that we had to do on our stay. |

| My daughter checked under the bed to see if she was leaving anything and she found food and food wrappers under the bed. |

| The only complaint that we have is that there was no liquid dishwashing detergent. There was a box of Cascade under the cabinet for the dishwasher, but we only used a spoon & two cups. Not enough to run a dishwasher. I would recommend that every kitchen have some liquid detergent for lighter things to wash. Thanks! |

| Good choice for those visiting Wake Forest U., separate room for our son, very quiet, convenient location, clean, well maintained. |
